Our Christmas Lunch this year has had to be moved to January due to an unfortunate double-booking at our regular venue. However ,this is still a great opportunity for all our members to get together and celebrate with our fellow cyclists.
Please find attached the menu for our Christmas lunch to be held on Thursday 5th January at Chapel Gate/BU Sports Campus, BH23 6BL, the same venue as last year. Please arrive by 12 noon, to allow time for a chat before we sit down to eat no later than 12:30. This will allow plenty of time for the meal and allow us to cycle home before the light goes. The price for the menu remains at £20, this is heavily subsidised by CTC Wessex who will also provide a bottle of red and a bottle of white wine per table.
The caterers would like menu choices by December 30th, so if you would like to attend, please provide your menu selections and £20 payment over the next few weeks. This can be done either through your Runs Leader or directly by email to John Jackson and Denis Eveleigh.
