In May this year Rob Ward will be stepping down after completing his three-year term as Chairman and President. The club now needs a new volunteer to take over and play their part in maintaining the club’s long and distinguished history. It is not an arduous role, the main responsibility is to take the Chair and set the agenda for the three committee meetings and Annual General Meeting which comprise the 4 quarterly meetings of the club. The bulk of the other duties that keep the club running are shared out amongst the other committee members, with the main focus on supporting the ride organisers attract and retain cyclists to our regular weekly rides schedule.
